Currently we ship everything via The Unites States Postal Service (USPS) only. Our shipping rate is a flat rate regardless of how much or little you order, and we try to keep that pricing as low as possible. We do adjust our prices down on smaller lighter items to offset some of the cost of shipping (i.e., a $10 keychain may only cost $5). A few heavier items prices are adjusted up slightly to compensate for the lower shipping cost (i.e., a heavy chainmail flogger worth $500 may cost $525).
All items for sale on this site are handmade. As such shipping times will vary greatly depending on what you order. This is what happens when we receive your order:
- We process your order.
(This can take up to 24 hours.) - We check our supplies and order anything we need.
(This ‘might’ add up to 2 Weeks to the shipping date of your order.) - Your order is then placed in queue in the order in which we received it.
(Depending on how many orders we have at any one time this might not add much time, or it ‘could’ add weeks.) - When we have reached your order, it can take anywhere from 1 Day to a Month (depending on the item) to create it.
(See individual item descriptions for a general time frame on how long it can take to make it.) - Your order will then be shipped out within a few days.
You will receive several emails from us during this time.
- Confirmation of receiving order email. (Within 24 hours of your order.)
- Estimated time it will take us to fill your order email. (Usually within 1 to 2 days of receiving your order.)
- Information if there are any issues with the production of your order email.
- Order completed and shipped (including a tracking number) email.
Example: Let’s say you order a Tentacle Flogger on January 1st. You will get an email confirming your order very quickly (it is automated). Then within 1 to 2 days you will receive a second email from us (written personally) explaining if we have the supplies on hand or need to order them, how many orders are before yours, and how long we expect it take before your order is completed. In this example let’s say there are only a few orders ahead of you all with supplies on hand, but we need to order things for your order, so we’ll tell you that it will take about 1 to 2 weeks to get the supplies. We’ll continue to inform you that it can take up to a month to construct a Tentacle Flogger, so we expect this order to take about 6 weeks to complete so it should ship on or around February 11th. If there are any delays or problems, we will inform you with another email. Once we complete your order and mail it out, you will receive one final email from us letting you know that your order has shipped and what the tracking number is.
Please remember there are only 2 of us working on these, and one is a complete volunteer and mostly only helps when more than 2 hands are required. We occasionally have another volunteer helping us work on Tentacle Floggers, but that’s it. So, these things, depending on the number of orders and availability of supplies, can take some time to complete sometimes. Please be patient with us, we appreciate your business and your understanding.
