Our main belief is founded on the age-old assertion of “Safe, Sane, and Consensual” (otherwise referred to as SSC) and “Risk Aware Consensual Kink” (otherwise referred to as RACK). These items are NOT classified as “toys” and should be treated with the same respect and safety concerns as any weapon. And don’t fool yourself, a flogger IS classified as a weapon and an implement of torture and of corporal punishment by legal definition.

The House of Graves Shop will take absolutely NO responsibility for damage to personal property or injury to a person or persons by the inappropriate, improper, or otherwise misuse of any item sold by this shop. Once you purchase and receive an item from this shop you take sole responsibility for its proper use and handling.

Most items on this shop are fairly harmless and cannot cause significant injury unless severely misused by a completely inept person or on a person with serious medical issues. Other items on this shop should be considered as harmful as a blade or other minor weapon and should be treated as such. (i.e., a Diamondback Rattlesnake Flogger, if use improperly, can break bones if swung too hard. A Hellraiser Chainmail Flogger WILL DEFFINATELY break skin and bones if used improperly! (It is more of a show piece than it is intended for use anyway.))

To the best of our knowledge, and by some fairly extensive research, we have determined that we are the only ones in the world to make this kind of flogger design. Attempting to copy and sell this this kind of flogger will result in a cease and desist request which may be followed by legal actions.
